Play’n GO Launches Cursed Moon Power Collection, a Gothic Horror Slot

Play’n GO has launched Cursed Moon Power Collection, a new gothic horror video slot centred on coin collection, a growing multiplier and a multi-level progression system.

A Vampire Hunter’s Quest for Revenge

The game tells the story of Dante, a cursed vampire hunter who transforms into the very creature he once hunted. Refusing to accept his fate, Dante rejects the vampire creed and embarks on a mission to destroy Dracula and regain his humanity.

This tale of revenge unfolds against a backdrop of haunted forests, menacing castle silhouettes and a blood-red cursed moon. Wolf, zombie, Mr. Hyde and vampire symbols appear across the reels.

How the Slot Works

The slot features a five-reel, four-row grid, with wins formed by matching adjacent symbols from left to right.

Coin collection is at the heart of the gameplay. Coin symbols appear on the middle reels, while Slay Collector symbols are positioned on the outer reels. When they appear together, the Slay Collectors collect the Coins and Instant Win symbols.

A Soul Fire multiplier can also grow during the base game. It is activated when its symbol lands on the fifth reel, increasing the value of collected Coins and Instant Win symbols. However, it does not affect wins generated through the standard paylines.

A Five-Level Progression System

The game also includes a five-level progression system. Level Up symbols advance the progression meter during both the base game and Free Spins. However, it is during Free Spins that reaching each new level unlocks an additional feature.

Higher levels can double collection events and add stacked Money symbols to the middle reels. At the highest level, an Instant Win symbol is guaranteed on every spin.

Players who do not complete the progression on their first attempt do not necessarily lose all their progress. During Free Spins, Level Lock symbols can preserve their advancement, allowing them to continue later from a previously locked level.
